Each week you'll receive a mix of everyday favorites and seasonal treasures. A typical box includes:
– Fresh leafy greens (lettuce, spinach, or kale)
– Root vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions)
– Seasonal vegetables (tomatoes in summer, squash in fall and winter)
– Fresh herbs
– At least one specialty item each week

– Your first payment is charged at sign-up. After that, payments run each Wednesday before your box is ready.
– Guaranteed fresh. If something isn't right, let us know and we'll make it right.

Your box comes packed in a paper bag. Bring it back on your next pickup and we'll reuse it. It's an easy way to help us reduce waste!

Pausing & Canceling Your Subscription

How to pause or cancel
Use our online Pause/Cancel form: [link]
This is the only way we can guarantee your change. Requests by phone, text, social media, or in person may be missed. If you're in the store, our team will gladly fill out the form with you.

Deadline
Requests must be received by Monday at 3:00 PM Central to apply to that week's Wednesday payment. Requests received after the deadline apply to the following week.

Payments
Your first payment is charged when you sign up. After that, payments run each Wednesday before your box is ready. Payments already processed cannot be refunded, but your box will be ready for you.

Pausing
Going out of town? Pause for as many weeks as you need and pick your return date on the form. Paused subscriptions keep their October Harvest pricing through December 30.

Canceling
You can cancel anytime. If you cancel and sign up again after October 31, current pricing will apply.

Missed pickups
Boxes not picked up by [Saturday close] will be [donated to a local food program]. We're not able to offer refunds or credits for missed pickups.
