I was excited to try out the first
breakfast kit available on Build A Box, and it did not disappoint.
This hearty and FILLING breakfast was way less work than it looks. It would also work great pre-cutting the ingredients (besides the green onion) the night before to make it an even faster meal!
Being a toddler mom this was a whole family favorite as the little one could enjoy his serving already cut up, just mash the egg a little while the rest of us dug right in. The portion size was great, we all left the table full and ready to start our day.
Highly recommend this kit to anyone, even breakfast for dinner sounds great!
